Welcome to Colin Freelove another new Nordic Care Team member and Territory Manager for the South East

Colin started at Nordic Care just before the Naidex show following a four year break from sales after having had a serious health scare. He has been selling into the healthcare and mobility markets for the past 12 years, and is an experienced specialist in seating, mobility and pressure care equipment. He is married to Samantha who is a senior physiotherapist, has six daughters and enjoys life. He has covered all of the UK and Europe in the past, and is looking forward to this new role with Nordic Care and to meeting our many customers.

A big “thank you” to all those that came to Naidex this year and visited our bigger, brighter new stand, making it a most enjoyable and worthwhile show.

Over the course of a busy three days, it was great to meet and talk not only with old friends and colleagues, but to be able to introduce ourselves to new ones as well.

Our exciting new ranges of products from Molift and Herdegen went down very well and we look forward to following up with those that expressed interest.

We would like to thank Philippe Levaux (Export Manager) and Alban Waegell (Sales Manager) of Herdegen for joining us and working with our team. We enjoyed their company and look forward to growing the business with them.

Steve and the new sales team of Sarah, Darren and Colin were kept very busy demonstrating our extensive range of Etac & Molift Moving and Handling and Hygiene products, with items such as the Molift Raiser, Etac Patient Turner, the Etac Immedia soft handling range (particularly the SatinSheet and 4WayGlide systems) and the new Molift Hoists featuring strongly.

Although we all appreciate times in the industry are tough with government budget cuts and lots of professionals such as OT’s etc. leaving the industry, we all at Nordic Care felt that this year’s show offered a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. A good increase in people at the show coming to see us and allowing us to demonstrate how choosing the correct high quality product can offer long term benefits to budget holders and end users alike.

Also due to the demand for our “Show Special Offers” we have agreed to extend the dead line for placing orders from the end of May to the end of June. (See offers).

I live in South Wales and spend my spare time renovating old properties or walking my dogs.

New Midlands Representative Joins Nordic Care

Darren Nota Territory Manager Midlands.

An experienced and innovative sales professional with proven customer service and business development skills with 24 years’ experience in the Mobility and Healthcare industry working closely with Retail managers, occupational therapists ,procurement managers and Care home managers.

Darren lives in South Wales, is married with two girls and is a keen sportsman who enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with his family.
